RETURN

NIKO JUNE, do not support unnecessary shipment due to environmental concerns. Please consider the product need and uniqueness of each product before finishing the purchase. The customer may cancel her/his purchase by giving unambiguous notice within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. The cancellation deadline is met if the customer sends the notification before the 14-day period. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch. The product must, preferably, be returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, our Shipments do not have a return label however, we offer a return service that is subject to a cost that varies depending on the starting point of return. NIKO JUNE will reject all returns that do not meet the above requirements. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by NIKO JUNE (Niko June ApS). By using the right of withdrawal, reasonable costs will also be refunded. The total amount is refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of notice of withdrawal. However, NIKO JUNE will withhold the refund until the item has been received. If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once NIKO JUNE receives the returned product, the items(s) are refunded. An item can be returned, regardless of its use. The customer, however, is liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to other handling than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. If the customer has handled the product differently than what is necessary to test the product in a general way and the value of the product, as a result, is deteriorated, NIKO JUNE will deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment.

Warranty & Repairs

All products from NIKO JUNE come with a 2-year production warranty. This warranty includes faults in the material, workmanship and other production related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal usage. The deadline expires on the day of receipt of the goods. In determining a claimable defect in the product(s), the customer must notify it within a reasonable period of time from the date on which the defect was detected or should be discovered. Anything within 2 months of this day will always be within a reasonable time. If the claim is justified, the customer will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item.
