THE LINING OF THE GLOBE IS CHEQUERED WITH PRETEND LINES DIVIDING EARTH INTO ABOVE AND BELOW DISTURB THE STATE OF LOCATION WITH AN AIRBRUSH TEST IF EQUATOR IS STILL CONNECTING EAST TO WEST.
GLITCH GLOBE is a series of shades made from a lightweight rice paper and a ribbed bamboo frame. Each shade has been given a chequered paint job by airbrush in our studio. The GLITCH GLOBE has a unique character and emits a soft light when lit. Available in three sizes and two unique colourways and can be used anywhere in the home.
Please note, the shades are not supplied with a cord set.
Your GPS is off, it is twisted or broken. Lines of longitude are interrupted and the equator is drooping as if the south is trying to eat up the north. Your GPS system is up for debate and location is a melting solid. Time to relocate the atlas to the history-shelf or better to the section for erotic literature? Your GPS is glitching and emotional geo-tagging is dead like site-specificity at large, cause every image is loaded in the clouds 100 kilometres east to the truth. Your GPS system is a construct like time. Imagine if the geographical depiction of earth was constructed by drawing onto spinning objects for aesthetic purposes. Welcome the random to your mental GPS. Spinning celestial objects throwing random shades.
